DELL - The Dell CPU and Monitor is an
attractive combination which may be
mounted together or separately. The
monitor, if mounted alone, extends a mere
3.75 inches from the wall, falling within
ADA recommendations for wheelchair
access. The CPU may also be mounted
on the wall with a separate bracket or
placed on or under the refraction table.
Dell Mini-Tower - When the computer is
going to be placed at or under the
refraction table to provide a networked
EMR workstation or simply to run other
programs, the logical choice is a Dell
mini-tower. A larger computer is less
expensive to start with and can be
upgraded to meet your EMR software's
hardware specifications for about the
same price as a less powerful smaller
computer.
Remote Control - Our remote control, standard on all ProVideo™ systems, is a custom
made IR transmitter with a trouble-free USB interface. The remote control interface is
programmed entirely within the NCI software and underwent over two months of continuous
testing without a single failure before being released in INNOVA's ProVideo™ family of
visual acuity systems. The USB interface does not rely on troublesome protocol/cable
adapters nor does it rely on third-party interface software or key definition tables. And, most
important, the bottom 2 rows of buttons (6) on the ProVideo Complete™ and the ProVideo
Classic™ can be easily programmed in the setup screen to provide up to six additional
functions (Patent Pending) or, your most used functions at the touch of a button. Of course,
matching labels are provided to identify the functions you assign.
Screen Repeater - The desktop Screen Repeater, standard on the ProVideo Complete™ and, optional on the ProVideo Classic™, allows
you to see what is on the screen without turning away from the patient. A heavy, industrial unit, it can be easily mounted or placed behind the
patient, on the refraction table, even on the floor. The display is an industrial vacuum fluorescent display configured in 4 lines of 20 characters
with 5mm letters providing the V.A. equivalent of 20/40 at 5 feet. The display brightness can be controlled via the remote control. No more
craning your neck in either direction. No more fumbling with a keypad behind you.
Foot Pedal - The new WIRELESS foot pedal, standard on the ProVideo Complete™ and, optional on
the ProVideo Classic™, allows you to control up to three functions with your feet. Although traditionally
programmed for video fixation, you can easily assign any function you would like to activate "hands-free"
like, blank screen, randomize, contrast "flash" or, of course, a video.
CPU Bracket - INNOVA's new CPU bracket is an exact fit for the Dell CPU. It is also pre-drilled to accept Innova's monitor bracket, allowing the
monitor to be mounted in front of the CPU. The bracket is "powder coated" for a durable finish and matches the color of the Dell CPU and LCD
Monitor giving the installation a finished, professional appearance that extends less than 8" from the wall.
Dell Monitor Bracket - INNOVA's tilt bracket for the Dell Monitor recesses into the back of the monitor allowing the assembly to extend 3.75"
from the wall (when mounted separately). It can also be bolted directly to the front of the CPU bracket and is, of course, black.
MPC Bracket - The MPC bracket is a heavy duty low-profile tilt bracket that allows the entire assembly to extend less than 4" from the wall. It is,
of course, painted a matching black for a professional looking installation.
Dell Flat Panel Stereo Speaker - This new speaker system from Dell attaches easily to the bottom of
our flat panel Dell monitors to provide high quality sound with a slick high-tech appearance. The
speaker fits both 17" and 19" Dell flat panel monitors.
