M&S Smart System customers who purchased vision testing systems prior to Dec 14, 2005
are users of NCI software. For over 20 years, NCI's policy has been to grant a lifetime license to
all legitimate users of NCI software, regardless of where it was purchased. Simply register with
Innova Systems by filling out and returning the following form at no cost to you.

To continue to use your original NCI software, you need to take the following action:
1. Do not accept software "upgrades" from anyone other than Innova Systems.
2. Do not return your CPU to M&S Technologies for maintenance.
3. Contact Innova Systems for technical support questions at no cost to you.
Software upgrades from any source other than Innova Systems will NOT contain NCI software and
may be designed to deactivate or remove your NCI software.
CPUs returned to M&S Technologies for repair may be returned with software other than your
originally purchased NCI software. A CPU replaced under M&S's warranty program CANNOT
contain NCI software. Instead, it may contain M&S's acuity software first released on Dec 14,
2005.
If your CPU requires maintenance, you have the option of extending your maintenance contract
directly with Dell or your local IT person. Or you may replace your computer without repurchasing
your vision testing software license. Contact Innova Systems for details.
