In addition to the "bug-free" performance of NCI software, it is well engineered and has full "backward
compatibility" with all prior versions of the software. Check your program date then, see below to find out what
you're missing!
INNOVA ProVideo Classic™
While the ProVideo Classic™ is not a direct equivalent to any NCI software sold through distributors that were
terminated in late 2005, this product may be used to seamlessly upgrade the NCI software installed on all systems
sold with the NCI software prior to 2006. The INNOVA ProVideo Classic™ Version 8.1 software provides all of
the additional features listed below (VideoGate™, the DataWall™, plug-in compatibility for Distance Stereo, etc.)
plus the ProVideo™ USB wireless remote control with trouble-free low level custom interface.
INNOVA ProVideo Complete™
While the ProVideo Complete™ is not a direct equivalent to any prior version of the NCI software, this product
may be used to seamlessly upgrade the NCI software found in pediatric vision testing systems sold through prior
distributors until 2006. The INNOVA ProVideo Complete™ Version 8.1 software provides all of the additional
features listed below plus ProStereo™, VideoGate™, the DataWall™ and, the ProVideo™ USB wireless remote
control with trouble-free low level custom interface and the Desktop Screen Repeater. If you choose to keep your
existing keypad and/or footpedal, the ProVideo Complete™ Software is fully compatible with your old hardware
and provides for simultaneous use of the new user programmable remote control (Patent Pending).
INNOVA ProVideo Basic™
This product is an upgrade to NCI software distributed as a basic Acuity system prior to 2006. The new
ProVideo Basic™ Software provides you with enhancements plus the new 32 key USB wireless remote control
and DataWall™ EMR compatibility.

1. Plug in a keyboard and mouse and look for any of the following:
a. Open "My Computer"
b. Open "C: drive", then the directory "\PEDOP2"
c. Place the mouse pointer over the acuity "application" and look for Nordstrom Consulting, Inc. on the pop-up file description.
or
d. Right click on the acuity system program file, labelled "application", select "properties". Click the "Version" tab and look for Nordstrom Consulting, Inc. in the
company field.
OR
2. With the keyboard plugged in, press "tab". If the screen looks like either of the ones below, it's NCI software.
