Innova's Lemon Policy:
We know that, as with all technology, sometimes you just get a lemon. To avoid that, Innova puts all
equipment through a 24 hour burn-in period to reduce the chance that bad hardware gets to a doctor. In
computers, most of the failures happen within the first 24 hours of operation. It takes a little more time to
perform the extra burn-in step, but we feel that this type of service and reliability is what the doctors are looking
for. In the event that a lemon does get to the market, Innova's Lemon Policy will replace any unit that fails in the
first 30 days overnight.

Hardware Warrantees
Our computers are supplied by Dell and MPC (formerly Micron Computer) and, we feel that our machines
represent the best combination of quality and value available. Both Dell and MPC provide, as standard, 3 Year
full parts and labor warrantees on their hardware. Unfortunately, neither is qualified or equipped to reinstall
our software or calibrate the machine after a major component is replaced and the computer is working again.
So, we provide an additional level of service.....

After seeing, first-hand, the shortcomings of "overnight replacement" policies, Innova has elected to take a
better approach. Our equipment is handled by distributors who are well qualified to service and support all of
your equipment needs. We place Innova owned "loaner" computers at our distributors so that, in the event of
a hardware failure, the distributor can quickly provide a substitute while your computer is repaired off-site.
This is provided as a free service for the first year. For subsequent years, you can purchase Innova
authorized service agreements directly from your distributor or, if you are technically inclined, use Dell and
MPC's excellent service departments.
If you choose to have your equipment repaired by the manufacturer, we will assist you in reinstalling your
software (if necessary) and placing your equipment back in service.
